How to Get Email Platform on Your Platform

Whether you are coming from Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or starting fresh — we make it simple.

1. Install

Listmonk is installed on your platform in one click from our managed tools catalog. DNS is auto-configured, SSL is included, WAF protection is on by default.

2. Configure your SMTP

Connect your sending provider — AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, or any SMTP-compatible service. You own the credentials. We help you set it up.

3. Migrate your lists

Import your existing subscriber lists from Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or any CSV. Segments and tags can be migrated. You get full control immediately.

4. Build your first automation

Do I need an enterprise license?

Most teams do not. The open source version includes all core email marketing features. You only need enterprise if you require SSO, advanced audit logs, or role-based access control.

Is my subscriber data really mine?

Yes. Listmonk runs on your Ecomposable platform in your siloed environment. The database is yours. You can export everything anytime. We do not access your subscriber data.

What about deliverability?

You control it. You choose your SMTP provider and manage your sending domain's reputation. This means you own the problems and the solutions — but you also own the deliverability outcomes.

What happens if Listmonk shuts down?

Your self-hosted instance keeps working. It is your software, your data. You are not dependent on any hosted service. That is the power of self-hosted open source.
